My wife is a celiac, so indirectly you know another one through me and she was diagnosed late as well. She has done amazing research to go much deeper than the initial celiac and found a way to adjust her diet to make if all much better
Really!? I'm honestly surprised that I haven't met anyone else celiac yet. X-D I do like doing my own research, but I also think it can lead me to stress about all the worst-case scenarios, so I try not to dive too deeply. Glad to hear she's feeling well.
